On October 28, 2011 Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor drew the winning raffle ticket for a “patrol ready” ST-15 M4 LE Carbine valued at $925.
A check for $5,1000 was given to Ramone Gregory and his family as proceeds from this raffle by the Tampa PBA

The winning raffle ticket belongs to Richard and Joyce McIntosh from Fort McCoy, Florida. They purchased the ticket online. Richard is a retired Tampa police officer and worked with TPD for approximately 20 years (1958 to 1978).
